I recently had the pleasure of working with Crystal at Fabulously Created Events to organize my graduation party, and I must say that she truly exceeded all expectations. Her meticulous attention to detail, creative vision, and exceptional organizational skills made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final ex*****on, Crystal understood my vision for the graduation party. She took the time to listen to my ideas and preferences, and then added her own creative flair to elevate the overall experience. She incorporated unique elements to make the event truly memorable.

One aspect that particularly impressed me was her ability to manage all the logistics seamlessly. We had fun with this wedding design. We infused city and garden, with romance and charm. We adorned the space with captivating suspension market lighting, delicately draped across the space to create a dreamy ambiance, reminiscent of a starlit evening under a canopy of trees. The soft, warm glow made every moment even more magical for guests.

Entire client testimony…

I was never the girl who had her wedding planned out ahead of time, or had a certain vision of what our wedding would look like. When Darrell proposed I knew I wanted to hire a wedding planner.

After meeting Crystal I knew she was our girl! I knew I wanted to hire Crystal because of her experience planning weddings and non wedding events, and we wanted our ceremony to feel like a wedding but the reception to feel like a NYE party!

Crystal did all of the scouting of vendors for me, coordinated with the vendors for me, helped me make the hard decisions and kept me calm, cool and collected during the entire planning processes. When we walked into each appointment, every vendor who knew her reiterated we were in good hands! I knew that her services would shine even brighter on the day of the wedding and I was not let down!

She took the time to understand our vision and when the day of our wedding arrived, she and her team successfully transported us all to a world of romanticism, enchantment and love. Crystal is a true creative (she’s filled with clever ideas that add that extra special touch!) and she’s also outstanding at delivery. With her expansive skill set, she brings the full package.

Black and hologram checkered floor to represent the fact this these two have “won” each others heart.

We believe that every wedding design should have a “wow” moment. When we toured the venue, the staircase was definitely a key structure from the ceremony floor to the reception floor. It was obvious we needed to create a “wow” moment on it.

Because the ceremony was a clean white palette, the upper part of the staircase was kept white and as guests moved down, the colors of the ceremony started to fade and we incorporated the colors of the party giving the staircase a true ombré effect.

The design concept for Amanda and Darrell’s ceremony leaned towards a very clean palette that provided an intimate and warm feeling for guests.

We collaborated with our vendor friends at to execute this ceremony design. We implemented a whimsical yet soft floral backdrop and combined it with over 300 candles that ran the aisle from front to back.

It was truly magical night!
