We strive to make this conference affordable and accessible to all, and we have helped families from all over attend who would not have been able otherwise. Some things that we have helped with are: finding roommates to share the cost of the hotel, adding extra on-site RV parking, choosing a location close to some of the best camping CA has to offer, providing a unique opportunity to earn free conference registration (see our website for details!)...and we have generously given scholarship tickets to families in need.
