Summer 🌞 is officially here in Michigan! For the past few years, Tamarack Camp has hired us to create a colorful rainbow 🌈 arch to welcome campers each session. It became such a popular photo spot that it caused some traffic at check-in as families lined up for pictures.
After brainstorming with the directors, we created colorful 🌈 photo stations with BLAST COLUMNS along the fence. This provided multiple photo opportunities, spread out the decor, kept the budget the same, and allowed counselors to move the columns for various welcome activities throughout the day.

Prom send-offs are so much bigger now than they were when we were in high school, and I'm here to say: I am here to live vicariously through these teens to make up for my prom experience.

I've always wanted to teach, and I was so excited when not only felt we were worthy of being instructors for them but also invited us to teach in the holy grounds of their factory! Seeing how the balloons were made was absolutely insane! Thomas and I got to teach a bunch of people that classic decor is classy & cool 😎 and we got to teach alongside 💛 which was also quite cool 😎
It felt really awesome to have many messages, texts, and calls from fellow decorators who teach supporting me & asking me how it went and all of the positive feedback we got from those that took the class.
Can't wait to teach again!!!

2024 marks the beginning of my 13th year since starting the company, the start of my 6th year full time, and the start of Thomas' 2nd full year full time
We are local to West Bloomfield: with a workshop in our basement that we've definitely outgrown
My favorite type of event to decorate is a bar or bat mitzvah 🪩 🫰🏻 Thomas would say he loves decorating for our corporate events & grand openings 💼
While we are often hired to do a lot of organic decor, we agree that our preferred type of decor to install is actually traditional, classic arches, walls, columns, & centerpieces with clean lines and patterns
My favorite balloon colors are caribbean blue, pastel matte green, coral, and aloha
Thomas’ favorite balloon colors are stone any shade of red because “no one ever gets red”
We have two girls👯♀️, three cats 🐈⬛👀, and a doodle named Dexter 🐶
I love to create whether it's drawing/painting/coloring, making jewelry, pouring resin, playing with clay, redecorating a room in our house, building a LEGO set, or reorganizing a closet
Thomas describes himself as nerdy and is into LOTR, Star Wars, Star Trek, The Expanse, Stargate, space☄️, and LEGO sets
We prefer coffee to alcohol (Biggby is superior), doing escape rooms, playing board & video games, traveling, going to the gym, and binge watching whichever sitcom late at night 😜
Fun fact:
I am fluent in American Sign Language and studied ASL interpreting 🤟🏼 for years while I was working in my “old career” as an Audiology Tech 🧏🏼♀️
Thomas went to school for aerospace engineering and used to fly planes ✈️
