Here is a sneak preview into a legendary concert I just recorded! Get your tickets for Los Angeles tomorrow and virtual tickets for next Saturday! He is playing my Woodley White concert guitar that I loaned him. It is not an easy guitar to play because it is so exacting. You have to be right on top of every note but if you have the touch like he surely does it sings like few other instruments. The pay off is the clarity of voices across the strings.The color pallet is huge too! A special thanks to my dear student Chareles Gandara who passed away recently and to his lovely wife Elizabeth Gandara who gifted this amazing instrument to U.S. Classic Guitar so we can hear it in the hands of grand masters like Goran.

The Goran Krivokapic concert last night was outstanding. I'm so glad I loaned him my Woodley White guitar for the first half where he played some of my favorite music like the Prelude, Fugue, and Allegro by Bach and guitar master show pieces such as the Rossiniana Op. 122 No. 4 by Giuliani and two breath taking Etudes No. 5 and 11 by Regondi. This is truly music written and performed at the very highest level imaginable. I'm so glad I brought Goran back after the first time I presented him 18 years ago!

We had a great concert with Daniel Lippel in Los Angeles at the Castelnuovo-Tedeso residence. A special thanks to Greg and Carin for hosting. All modern music with the exception of J.S. Bach's Lute Suite BWV 997 on a tempered guitar in the original key of C minor. Really loved the world premiere "Seeing Sharp" by Nimali Fenn. It was great to see my friends Sir Angel Romero and Calvin Christiansen from Hawaii.
