Eric Jorissen in los Mayordomos del Tango - Trailer.
Eric Jorissen - where do I begin. Eric is one of the warmest personalities in tango with a vast array of information and a unique approach to teaching. He has danced tango since the Eighties and has taught tango on 4 different continents.
It was an enormous pleasure and experience to interview him for my series. Coming early August.
If you have an experience with Eric that you would like to share, please contact me.
Grandmaster Jens-Ingo Brodesser shows us how to play a Vinyl DJ set and look real cool while doing it.
We got home today and after laundry, grocery shopping and sorting out the camera gear, I had time to go over the hours of footage of last weekend. Here are some highlights - a whole weekend in 30 seconds. More to come, of course!
Sunday afternoon looked like this in Regensburg if you were a fly on the ceiling. Not that there were any flies. Or ceilings. Wait, there was a ceiling. But no flies. There were dogs. Lots of dogs. But no flies. Or fleas, I'm sure. Anyway, not the point. The point is here is another short film while you are waiting for the big one ...

Daniel Boardman is the reason I met my beautiful wife - well, there are multiple culprits, but he is one of them. He is the organiser of the Albuquerque Tango Festival - a yearly festival drawing close to 800 people over the weekend.
Daniel is also a dedicated tango dancer with an exceptional great heart for his own tango festival in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He will talk about the festival, why it is not your average festival - and of course we have some guest speakers giving away all his secrets ;)
All this coming early next month the next installment of Los Mayordomos Del Tango!
Los Mayordomos del Tango - S1E2 George Garcia
Yesterday I had the great honour to interview George Garcia - long time tango teacher and a wonderful person. He had a lot to talk about so the editing is going to take while but in the meantime, here'a a short preview!
This weekend, I was in Antwerp to film the first episode of my new series "Los Mayordomos del Tango" in which I interview people all over the world that dedicate their lives to the Tango estate. This first episode will feature my good friend Ivo Chauveau I Photography who is not only a very gifted photographer and a great human being but also organises three yearly high-level tango events.
