The owner toured with WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) for 12 years, providing merchandise services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America, Europe, and Egypt. I have been involved with merchandising 11 different WWE WrestleMania stadium events (all generating over $1 million in gross sales), many stadium concerts (including Metallica, George Strait, Rolling Stones, U2, NKOTB, NYSNC, Britney Spears, Paul McCartney, One Direction, Taylor Swift, etc.), and numerous arena concerts.

Our Understanding of Your Needs
Every event is different -- and special. Each has its own distinct audience, tone, personality and set of business objectives. From day one, H. Event Merchandise focuses on properly merchandising your event to help your event's unique qualities shine through.
We have reviewed your latest concert bookings and can easily work with each band to provide full service merchandise selling in your venue. We are aware that these are just some of the bookings for your venue and there will be more acts booked through the year. We are constantly monitoring when you add more shows and will be prepared to provide merchandising services for those events as well.
We will work with you and each band to clarify your targeted merchandise sales goals for each event. In our experience, typical merchandise goals for events include but are not limited to:
Consistent per caps with the tour average.
Comfort from the band’s perspective that the venue will do a great job.
Proper staffing based on attendance and per cap averages.
Efficient stand setups to allow for faster sales and shorter lines.
Interacting with customers.
Outstanding displays to drive sales.
Inventory management throughout the event.
Procedures for settlements for the band and the venue.

Our Services
What We Do for You
You can rely on us to manage end-to-end merchandising for every event. Our responsibilities will include:
Event Merchandise Plan Management – we advance with the band’s merchandise rep to determine what needs they may have and what the venue can expect during their event.
Event Merchandise Inventory Management – we count all of the product brought into the venue, manage all product that is added during the show, and count all remaining product at the end of the event. The difference between beginning inventory and ending inventory is considered the gross sales. Any difference between gross product sales and total dollars generated (shortage) is paid for by H. Event Merchandise, with no risk to the venue.
Merchandise Stands Location – depending on the attendance size and available locations, we will work with the venue event coordinators to determine where to put the merchandise stands to provide the most sales opportunity.
Visual Display of Merchandise Stands – we will provide all the materials necessary to make visually stimulating displays of event merchandise. This is a key part of merchandising and selling of the event merchandise. Photos of displays from various events we have managed are provided with this document.
Vendor Management – we provide the proper staffing for the event, depending on attendance and average tour per caps, agreed upon with the band’s merchandise rep in advance.
Float and Credit Card Machines – we provide all money for float (beginning change) and credit card machines to process credit card sales.
Sell the event merchandise – we provide a well-trained staff that knows how to sell merchandise.
Settle the merchandise sales at the end of the show – we have a manager (majority of the time it will be me) at every show that knows how to settle the show with the band merchandise rep to insure the band and the venue receive the proper amounts of revenue, based on the contract between the band and the venue. In advancing with the venue event coordinator, the manager verifies the splits are what the band merchandise rep says they are.
Merchandise Sales Reports – we provide signed settlement reports from the band merchandise rep and H. Event Merchandise. The reports we provide will be emailed to the venue reps no later than the next morning. We work with the venue accounting/finance departments to tailor the reports according to their needs. Examples of reports provided by H. Event Merchandise can be provided.
Timely payment to bands and venue – this can be tailored according to the venue’s accounting/finance departments desire. Most often, we handle all monies and pay the band’s merchandise company and the venue via check or wire within 20 days of the event.
