3 amazing years thanks to the supporters of sweet fo days. To Chef Brooks’ followers thank you for always showing up tremendously where ever our pans knocked. Had it not been for you unwavering support our success and fame during carnival season would not have been what it was, making us one of the top booths to look forward to in the village. But as everything has its time and place it is essential to always know when it’s time to move on. Thus it is important for us to let you know that due to growing demands and different business ventures our time in the festival village has come to an end. We thank you for your support and dedication. And look forward to serving you at anyone of our pop ups or events. To the past and new booth holders we wish you a successful carnival season.

As we enter this new year, I have to pause to express my gratitude.
2023 has been amazing on a professional and personal level. Our community of Chef Brooks supporters has grown tremendously. We’re almost at 10 000 on IG and Facebook!
You guys have kept me busy and on my toes all year long and by the looks of things, it will be the same for 2024. Thank you for trusting this island boy with big dreams ❤️

I stepped out of my comfort zone this year and competed in several cooking competitions on island, placing 3rd in the Best private Chef category at the Saint-Martin Gastronomy Festival🙏🏽. I promise I will definitely be competing again next year, the feedback and energy were invigorating.

For 2024, let us all remember to be kind to one another, embrace one another and support one another!

THANK YOU all from the bottom of my heart, may this new year bring you the desires of your heart and God’s richest blessings!

Dear valued clients and friends,

I hope this post finds you all in good spirits. Today, I feel compelled to share a recent experience that has left me reflecting on the nature of trust, honesty and professionalism in our industry.

As a dedicated chef, my utmost priority has always been to provide exceptional culinary experiences that create lasting memories. I take immense pride in the positive feedback and warm appreciation I receive from many of you, as your satisfaction is my true reward.

However, life sometimes presents unexpected challenges. Recently, I encountered a situation where a client I had the pleasure of serving chose a rather unexpected path. Despite our initial interactions being positive and the services being completed seamlessly, a dispute was initiated that left me in a state of confusion.

The financial impact of losing over 2000€ due to this incident has been significant, especially for a small business like mine. While I won't go into specifics or mention any names, I want to reassure you all that your trust means the world to me. Moving forward, I will be implementing enhanced measures to ensure open communication, clarity in agreements, and a mutually respectful approach.

Transparency, fairness, and your continued support are principles I hold dear, and I am committed to upholding them in every aspect of my work. I believe that by fostering a stronger foundation of understanding and cooperation, we can continue to create extraordinary culinary moments together.
