It didn’t take long for Chef Katie Fisco and Chef Derien Latimer to realize that the African American community and Filipino American community here in Colorado Springs have so much in common. We love big parties with food from the grill 🍖 and everyone on the dance floor 🪩 🎶 🕺.

This called for a bigger celebration, a Culture Mash Up!

📀DJ face off with Chris DelaCruz aka DJ Mango and James Flowers aka DJ Shield.

🍽️ 5 Courses, dueling plates from Chef Derien Latimer and Chef Katie. 2 plates per course, bring your appetite!

Join us tomorrow The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Southern Colorado- PACCSoCo celebrate the Filipino American History Month with an inaugural vendors' event at its new home -- The Satellite Hotel, one of our city's iconic landmarks.

This inaugural event is PACCSoCo's way of strengthening its efforts in joining the City of Colorado Springs in revitalizing certain areas in our city. Your Chamber wants to walk the talk by establishing its physical presence in that part of town and by delivering businesses and services there.
