Don’t choose your wedding venue without asking these less obvious things…

🤍 Is there a mandatory end time for the event and amplified music?

🤍 Do you offer refrigeration for the caterer, cake, drinks, ice, etc?

🤍What is the plan in case of extreme heat or inclement weather?

🤍What is the earliest we can arrive on the day of? (This matters for hair and makeup)

🤍What is the policy for cleanup at the end of the night?

🤍How early can our vendors arrive the day of? Are they able to drop things off the night before or pick back up the morning after? (This matters for decor and rentals)

🤍What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

🤍What days of the week do you offer rehearsal?

🤍 Is there a day of coordinator? What duties do they NOT preform? (A planner and coordinator are much different)

🤍What is your alcohol and bartender policy?

🤍Aside from the venue fee, what additional fees, gratuities and taxes should I expect?

🤍 Do you have a food and beverage minimum?

🤍 Do you charge a fee for using vendors not on your preferred vendor list?
