This Leadership Summit’s theme was “Art”. 🎨 Program, branding, activations, decorations and even costumes were all themed accordingly. A theme like that requires fitting venues: welcome reception at Café Americain, main event at TAETS, and gala dinner at the fabulous Fabriques des Lumières. 💡
Leaders attending were treated to fun activities, including skateboard painting, and beautifully designed and tasty food and drinks.

🇭🇷 Zagreb - Huawei Gallery Rural Academy
The second edition of The Women's Academy for Rural Innovation took place in Croatia in November 2024. 20 participants were selected by an independent jury. They took part in a week-long programme of masterclasses, team projects, active learning, open debates and cultural experiences.
🇵🇱 Warsaw - Huawei Gallery Summer School
The 2024 Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age took place in Warsaw, Poland from the 21st to the 26th of July. It welcomed 29 young female leaders of tomorrow: one from each EU member state, one from the Western Balkans 6 and one from Ukraine.
💪 The School was designed to nurture and unlock the immense potential of women to play an active role in our digital future, and its programme seeks to empower the #NextGenChangemakers to lead the tech revolution.

In the heat of summer, the European Girls' Olympiad in Informatics (EGOI) took place in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. This is the international programming competition for girls. 👩
Huawei announced earlier this year that it would sponsor this event as part of it efforts to encourage more girls to enter the technology sector, enhance digital inclusion in communities, and promote gender equality in technology fields. 👩💻👩🔧
Vicky Zhang, Vice President of Huawei's Corporate Communications Dept, said, "Huawei has long been committed to cultivating digital talent around the world.
