Love knows no boundaries—geographical or seasonal. Angie and Attaher’s love story began in Africa, and we had the honor of capturing their engagement session, where they beautifully wove their rich traditions into the celebration.

Angie wore a stunning Bazin that included a pure, dyed indigo alasho (veil), symbolizing deep cultural roots and elegance. Attaher complemented her with his own Bazin, featuring a traditional atabou (necklace) that carries timeless significance of his heritage.

Despite the chilly weather, their joy and warmth lit up every frame. It’s not every day you witness a love story as radiant and rooted as theirs, and we’re so grateful to have been part of this chapter.

Here’s to Angie + Attaher and the love that transcends continents and seasons. ❤️✨

This Is Us

We are Bryson & Jenna Fulkerson, one photographer and one cinematographer. Two story tellers that fell in love, created their own story, and now enjoy the honor of telling other couples’ and families’ stories. We have a passion and a love for what we do, so much so that we believe it sets us apart and makes us unique. Your wedding day, life event, or family photo session to us are so much more than just business; it is the beautiful beginning of a chapter of life, a deeply rooted bond uniting two hearts in to one, a public declaration of the cast amount of love you have for one another, candid moments the warm your heart, and captured memories that will be cherished throughout the years. That is what we believe takes place in front of our cameras, and we strive to portray that through our work!

We are story tellers, to put it simply. We adore couples and families that can be real and authentic around one another, because that is when you capture them at their best! Whether it be a family laughing together, or the sweet, tender moments of a couple sharing their vows, we founded Rose & Oak Studios on the the undeniable passion we have for capturing those moments. Capturing people at their core gives the final product such a sense of emotion, that you can't help but actually live in the moment taking place in the image or film. We make it our all in goal to really pull at the heart so that folks can not just view our work, but experience it!

Capturing the moments of today, that will wow your heart tomorrow! A lightly retouched, and timeless style is what we produce. Our work is nearly straight out of our cameras with maybe a little resizing and brightening in post, but that is it! We LOVE keeping our images and films as true to the moment as possible so that the moment can be relived more accurately and vividly later in time!

Meet Jenna!!

A coffee lover, Friends addict, and a fur baby momma to little miss Marley! When Jenna isn't teaching her 6th grade class at David Turnham Elementary, she enjoys hanging out with friends, family, or her youth group kiddos. She has a passion for everything she puts her mind to and absolutely loves learning as much as she can about everyone she meets! Along with that she is super friendly and never meets a stranger.

Meet Bryson!!

He enjoys anything to do with being outdoors! He loves hiking and exploring new places with Jenna and his family. Bryson is a bit of a lake bum as well especially when it comes to their boat on Patoka lake. He prefers a cruise on the water with family and friends over a night on the town any day. Loves music and everything that has to do with it, but can't sing worth a hoot. When he isn't at his weekday job in sales or glued to his laptop editing, he is usually sleeping..... :) Just kidding! Bryson can usually be found right at Jenna's side enjoying her company in whatever they are up to!

How we met!!

So totally random, but we met at a local theme park called Holiday World & Splashin' Safari here in our home town of Santa Claus, IN! Bryson worked in the games department for 2 years and was getting bored with it until a certain little “someone” hired in to his department. It was literally love at first sight, but we just didn't know that yet. We talked and hung out multiple times at various work functions and such, building on our later to be marriage!:) Fast-forward three homes, three towns, and 5 years, here we are madly in love sharing the joy of capturing others' love stories through our cute little business!
