For many years I have enjoyed hosting family get-togethers, planning parties, and other events. I am a full-time wife, mom, PTO volunteer, and legal assistant. I enjoy working with people and making a difference for my family. I have always looked to supplement our family income with various independent consultant companies, but it just didn’t
work the way I hoped. I have always dreamt of owning my own business. For me it is about going the extra step to make your event, big or small, the best, and to create wonderful memories of your special day. I always add those extra little things that make a difference in everything I do. It’s those little things that sometimes you don’t think about that makes the difference. I have a huge passion for planning events, whether it’s my son’s birthday party or a carnival for my sons’ school. Big or small, they are all BIG to me! I love to cook and bake which has been part of my inspiration with my cake decorating. I love to make people smile and see them happy. With encouragement and inspiration from friends and family, The EXTRA Step was born. OUR TEAM
We have a wonderful family team that works together no matter what we do or what the next project is. This support team includes, my husband Ryan, my sister-in law Toni, my mom, Kesha, and my two wonderful sons, Noah and Shaddix.
