Beautiful horse Arena with a heated event room rental space!

Perfect for many different occasions such as, but not limited to:
* Office meeting
* Book Clubs
* Vintage market
* Small market/sales events
* Scout groups
* Yoga
* Crafting Groups
* Birthdays
* Showers (Wedding & Baby)
* Classes (Paint night, pottery, tutoring, etc.)
The options are endless!

The room features:
* Washroom
* Couch
* Multiple large tables if needed
* Fridge
* Microwave
* Keurig (with coffee included)
* Tea and bottled water
* Large Whiteboard for meetings
* Projector with pull down screen
* Fold up Chairs (up to 20)

Food can be catered in for an additional fee as well.

Price to be negotiated depending on the length of time needed.

Arena (sand-soil. Not heated) can also be rented with or without the room. Can be used for dog training, agility or just to let your dogs run inside during the winter!
