With wedding season in full swing, I thought I'd answer a common question we get: "What do you wear on wedding day?" I'm super hands on which sometimes involves ladders or even getting down on the floor (really!) so I wear a machine washable suit (with pockets) and very comfortable shoes for the sometimes 15 hour days on my feet. A wearable tablet keeps all your details and timelines at my fingertips and a name tag makes guests feel comfortable asking us anything. Our team stays in touch with radios and ear pieces (yes, just like in The Wedding Planner) so your day runs seamlessly! | 📸 💐 🏛️ 🥿 👔

My husband, Joe, introduced me to Atlas Obscura as a way to find fascinating and "offbeat" attractions when we travel. I just had to share this one with you!!

For the record I don't even recommend saving your top tier in the freezer for a year. Make an arrangement with your baker to get a small (fresh!) anniversary cake to share. 🍰

Baked in 1898 and still almost flawless, this floral masterpiece is considered the world's oldest complete wedding cake.
