Why do you have to pay a deposit to make a reservation?
Because it’s security for the customer and us. Once the deposit payment is received, the items are lock in our system and cannot be offered to another customer. Even if that customer wants 3 times the size of your order and their event is next door.

If you decide to cancel. Deposit is non refundable. ( you may reschedule )This covers the fees like, team members schedule to work for your event and others.
We have many customers contact us due to the company they rented from cancel last minute.

After 9 years running this business we can proudly say we have not cancel not 1 event and yes, we have had all the issues, problems and situations you can think off. Ourcustomers are priority.
