As a scout on my first camping trip we learned how to use a compass as it would guide us in the right direction.

Just as I needed a compass for my camping trip, your business also needs a compass. This compass is known as your vision and core values.

Your vision is the map that lets you see the big picture and your values are the details that make your business different and stand out. Think of values as your public declaration often expressed in a short sentence.

For example, my wedding businesses values are - God, family, and love.

Today, I want you to revisit your values. Do you still resonate with them? Have you shown them throughout your business?
