Oktoberfest is returning this fall with longstanding Bavarian traditions of music, dancing and ceremonial tapping of the kegs! This year’s dates are September 30-October 1, October 7-8, and October 14-15.

Two fully programmed venues (beer gardens) will be located at the Leavenworth Festhalle and at Front Street Park, where we will be serving our very own Festbier as well as German favorites. With a full street closure, outdoor restaurants and beer gardens, this year’s Oktoberfest will offer more ways to enjoy the weekends and the village of Leavenworth!

New for 2022 is a Ferris Wheel at the Kinderplatz where there will be family friendly activities and a root beer garden. Visit Leavenworth.org/Oktoberfest to learn more.

Our Story

Calypso Events & Floral. We formerly were a part of the Holy Mac Steaks & Spirits LLC. We now are a stand alone business and offer event coordinating and like before, floral services.

Watch for our Tipsy Tulips floral classes around town, for a fun night out. Planning a wedding, corporate event, fund raiser or celebration and need help, give us a call for a quote.

The Event Coordinator oversees all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events. ... Responsibilities for the Event Coordinator include meeting with clients to work out event details, plan with the client, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff and cleanup.
