Really good to get back into photoshoots again this year. Here is a selection of images from a shoot last month just outside Christchurch. The beach setting and fantastic light worked well for the look complimented by a great model to work with too.

The fantastic waterfalls around the Catlins. In this scenic area south of Dunedin, there are many great waterfalls to admire and capture. It has been years since I was there though, hopefully I will get back down there again soon!

Touring around the Bay of Islands in the North Island several years ago, this was a very nice spot to pull over and check out. Beautiful weather certainly helped too.

I do love a good waterfall, although sometimes it's not all about the bigger picture. Here is an example of that where I thought the waterfall could act as a backdrop instead with the transition to the river as the main subject.

This was a view during sunrise over Lake Mackenzie, along the Routeburn Track. The colour could have been more powerful but the still and peaceful mood was still nice to capture.

A taste of the wonderful scenery at these springs just outside Takaka. They are definitely worth a stop when travelling through Golden Bay. It may have been the middle of the day in bright sunlight here but was still worth a capture.

Throwback to a nice collaboration with back in 2018 over at Mona Vale. A natural talent and great to work with. The gardens provided a very colourful setting as well!

Last year I finally got to properly see the brilliant rock formations at Motukiekie Beach. The timing worked well with low tide and sunset, but we still had to watch out for the quickly returning tide!
