Darby House
Nestled on the banks of the nationally scenic Darby Creek, Darby House is surrounded on all sides by 7,000 acres of the Battelle Metro Park’s forest, prairies and wetlands. Founded in 1954, thus steeped in history and tradition, Darby House is the only venue in central Ohio where one can have total exclusivity and security in a gated estate.
The Darby House is located on the picturesque Darby Dan Farm, the historical estate of John W. Galbreath, the Darby House offers its guests a charming, rustic, chic event space. Situated on 1,200 acres of Big Darby Creek, the venue offers complete privacy and beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces perfect for any event.
The Darby House accommodates up to 250 guests for plated events with additional capacity for cocktail receptions and other large-scale gatherings. Because of the Darby House’s unique design, it serves as the perfect backdrop for any event.
