Meet the Darby House team!

Kayla- One of our lovely Wedding and Venue Coordinators! Kayla has years of experience in the wedding industry, and is our logistics mastermind! She's great at helping couples work through their details, and loves to help our couples bring their Darby House dreams to life!

Rebecca- Rebecca has been coordinating events at Darby House for over a year now. She loves meeting and talking with her clients and helping them find new and creative ways to bring their wedding visions to life!

Gianna- Gianna is most likely the first face you will see at Darby House when you come out to tour and fall in love with the space. Gianna knows all the little Darby House details and inclusions that couples can add and incorporate to their day to make if perfectly unique!

We are so thankful for this team! Catch us on event days or on office days listening to lots of Taylor Swift and Zach Bryan, or drinking lots of coffee. ✨☕

Happy Thanksgiving from your friends here at Darby House! What are we thankful for this year?

Another great season of weddings, and getting to celebrate our couples and their families on each special wedding day.

We’re also so thankful for our wonderful vendors we get to see here every weekend. We love our incredible careering partners, fantastic photographer friends, stunning floral designers, and the amazing DJ’s who keep our dance floors crowded.

The most adorable little flower cart for our Waterside Terrace 💗🌿

We love when our couples incorporate fun and unique ideas into their cocktail hours, and McKinzie and Garrett certainly did with their addition of a Bloom Cart provided by their florist, Joy Lane Florals!

Throughout cocktail hour, guests were able to make their own personal bouquets from the flowers at the cart, which were then carried inside to be used on the guest tables!

Just another great idea for how to make your day special for your guests too!

During the summers at Darby House, most of our ceremonies take place outside. Something special, however, about McKinzie and Garret's June wedding was their decision to have an indoor ceremony!

M + G decided early on in their planning process that they wanted to have their ceremony in our Racing Room, using gorgeous florals and soft décor to turn it into a romantic and intimate space.

Best part of the night for our couples? Having time for just the two of them to enjoy the beauty of the farm and have their pictures taken right after they say I do 🤍

The photo hour/golf cart hop is one of our favorite traditions we get to do here at Darby House. There's really nothing better than sunset photos with the one you love most ☀
