ith you and designer, Cecilia, to discuss your ideas, thoughts, dreams…how you picture yourself on your special day. Silhouettes, fabrics, and details will be discussed so that a sketch can be created for your approval. You will be notified for necessary fittings, at which time your dress will be tried on and checked for fit perfection and final details. And finally…your dress will be pressed and ready for you to pick up for the day of your dreams. ALTERATIONS:
Our custom alterations ensure perfect fit and customization for all wedding and formal wear. Typical alterations can include:

• Hems, seams
• Train bustles, covered buttons, hidden pockets
• Neckline changes or restyling front and back
• Back zipper conversion to corset back
• Restyling – such as necklines, bodice or skirt changes, sleeve or strap additions
• Embellishment with laces, rhinestones, crystals, beads
• Modesty changes for religious or personal reasons
• Sashes added and/or embellished
• Pregnancy modification (Note: if possible, additional fabric may be necessary)
• Fabrics, laces, beadwork, rhinestones in stock
• "Inheritance" changes (Fabric, lace, beading, etc., taken from an inherited gown and incorporated into a new gown or accessory or gown restyling)

While I will no longer be a part of Cariño, it will still go on to serve you in the best way possible. We are so happy and excited to introduce Grace as the new owner! She has been with Cariño for nearly 10 years. We couldn't think of anyone better to take care of you!
Many of you know her and have come to love her, just like we have. We want to welcome Grace as the new owner and we wish her all the blessings. We are excited for this new Chapter of Cariño Bridal.

Trust the process 🙌🏻 very often we work with dresses that are slightly too big for the bride, so we fit the dress on the bride, pin to the body measurements, and take in the seams to fit the dress like a glove!

When the bride bought a strapless wedding gown, but wanted matching straps added🪡

We constructed these straps from sheer mesh, carefully placed and stitched the lace appliqué pieces, and added them to the dress with a seamless finish ✨

Located in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, this quiet, intimate Bridal Boutique & Design Studio is a place for a unique experience in bridal shopping. It is a place to walk through details without rush or pressure. Cariño brings you a new kind of shopping experience in a boutique setting. Our Design Studio is a place to talk things over and share the joys of being a bride with designer Cecilia and her staff as your wedding gown unfolds.

ALTERATIONS: Our custom alterations ensure perfect fit and customization for all wedding and formal wear. And, when a perfect fit is included in the price there is no need for unexpected added alteration expense. Your visit will begin with a personal meeting with you and designer, Cecilia, to discuss your ideas, thoughts, dreams…how you picture yourself on your special day.
