Ben , Billy , Reece and Jamie managed some nice carp .
Billy managed the most and biggest up to 48 lbs.

Lake regulars Dave and Steve managed some nice carp , Dave landing a big Common at 59 lb .
Also another nice mirror at 52lb .
Steve also landing a 50lb mirror and a 49 lb mirror .
There biggest of the week .
Tough going with only 2 anglers .

Week 13-20 July

Week 8-15 June

Lake Regulars Neil and Dave returned with 2 new friends Wayne and Tony.
Didn’t think the lake would fish to well after spawning, it was hard going, although some good results.
20 carp was landed with Neil landing the biggest of the week, a 62 lb common.
Neil and Dave landing 7 carp each.
Wayne having 5 carp up to 48lb
It wasn’t Tony’s week, second visit needed for revenge.
Carp are hard to catch at the moment, you really have try everything in the book.

Week 18-25 May

Phil , Dan , Chi ,Simon and Ian unfortunately had a tough week with the carp still wanting to spawn .
They did manage to bank a few lumps .

Week 11-18 May
Colin, Paul and Jason managed 23 carp up to
53 lb .
The carp started to spawn then stopped when temperatures dropped .
The weather is so up and down this May, a very wet start to the season .

Week 4-11 May .

Good to have this weeks group back again .
Chris , Jamie ,David and Andy .

Unfortunately the week didn’t go well with car trouble on the way .
Then Chris and Jamie’s Dad David having to go in to hospital on the Monday , struggling to breathe . Luckily for David some antibiotics got him better to come out Friday .
The lads did manage to land 10 carp . Andy landing the biggest at 51 lb .

Lake Regulars Keiron ,Nathan and Josh managed 19 carp with Nathan landing the biggest a 49 lb common .

5 anglers on this week .
Stewart, Spencer ,Aaron,
David and Susan
And Dutch regular Ray .
21 carp landed on a very cold week Monday and Tuesday -4 at night , what made the fishing very hard .
Stewart landing the biggest of the week a common at 59 lb 12 oz.
Spencer landing a new pb common at 49 lb
Aaron landing a new pb common at 39 lb.
Ray landing 4 carp up to 50lb
David landing the most carp 13 the
Biggest 47 lb .
David’s wife Susan definitely the most walking this week up and down to the island swim .

The Snow finally comes with temperatures dropping down to -8 at least.

The clear up around the lake has started.
Getting ready for the new season.
Only 8 weeks to get ready for our first customers on March 9th.

The bad winds have been helping to decide what extra trees I’m cutting up.
There are still a few trees that are dead & dangerous that need coming out.

2024 season is fully booked.

2025 season is getting booked quickly.

Lake Regulars Dennis and Remco managed to land 11 carp the biggest of the carp
56.9 , 55. 4 , 51. 4 , 48.4c , 44 and a 42 .

A new PB Common for Michael Baxter . Fishing with Pallatrax Crave boilies and Gripz size 6 curve shank hooks . Many thanks to Michael for coming over to help with jobs at the lake . All the dead tall pines at the entrance are now cut down , so the the old Oak tree can be seen on arrival .

A great week for Patrick , Ferry, Etjen, Marco and Jefta. A really wet week in May but hard work produces some Big Carp 9 x 50lb + carp Biggest 59lb 4 oz mirror and 57 lb 2 oz common.
