Answer: A great wedding DJ is going to be a great Master of Ceremonies as well as a good DJ. By the time the DJ is actually working as a DJ (the last couple hours of the night) your reception has had a bunch of great events happen that a trained MC can make even more special:
The Grand Entrance
First Dance Introduction or Love Story
Introducing the people giving toasts
Introducing the Father/Daug

hter and Mother Son dances
The Cake Cutting
Bouquet
Garter

I had a great time DJing Dan and Julianne's wedding this evening!

I've known Julianne for about 10 years and it was so great to be trusted with the entertainment at their wedding.

They didn't have a lot of frills, just a short and sweet ceremony, some great food and some awesome dancing in a beautiful location.

At 10pm we moved inside and the party kept on until midnight!

Wishing you nothing but love and happiness for you both!

I got to DJ for my friends at Equality Health again today! I used to do 3-5 events a year for them... But that was a year and a half ago. Glad to be getting back to normal.
BTW-their office is the old Alice Cooperstown.... So I always count it as DJing at Cooperstown!

They were gonna get married on April 25th 2020. Then they were gonna get married on September 26th, 2020. Then they were gonna get married on May 8th 2021. Then they went to Sedona and eloped on January 17th, 2021. Then they decided to have a brunch reception for their friends and family on their original date of April 25th.

These two of been through a bunch over the last year, even more than just having to move their wedding date. So glad we were able to celebrate today!! Thank you for letting me be a part Sarah and Bryan!!

Robert and Kim met because their teenage kids hung out together. Robert was on his way to Kim's house to pick up his son and he called him on the way to let him know to be ready. While they were talking "Hey Jude" came on the radio and Robert began singing it. Robert's son gave the phone to Kim and Robert sang the entire 7 minute song all the way until he was in Kim's driveway. The rest as they say...is history. When it was time to pick a First Dance song.....there was only one choice....and their family made it super awesome!
