As fires continue to be prevalent in our area, LPRA will continue to be closed to the public for both evacs and arena use until further notice. At this time, fire camp is set up and will continue to be there for the foreseeable future. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused to everyone. Please reach out if you have any questions and a volunteer or board member will answer your questions as quickly as they can.

‼️Calling all volunteers‼️

🔹We are having our annual volunteer thank you BBQ next Saturday the 7th at 5pm.🔹

🔸We’ll be gathering at Frontier Days instead of the Rodeo Grounds, as Fire Camp is still set up at the Rodeo Grounds.🔸

🔹This event is a potluck, so please bring your favorite side dish or dessert to share. Your LPRA Board Members will be providing hamburgers, hotdogs, and drinks.🔹

🔸We’re looking forward to a wonderful evening filled with good food, great company, and fun raffles with some awesome prizes up for grabs!🔸

🔹Please RSVP by September 3rd so we can make sure we have enough food and drinks for everyone.
We can’t wait to see you there and celebrate all the hard work you’ve put in this year!🔹

Our August Playday is going to be cancelled. Please keep an eye out for updates regarding the Playday scheduled for September.
We may move locations if Fire Camp is still occupying the rodeo grounds at that time!

Hi Everyone!
Due to fire camp we will be rescheduling our August Playday. We are tentatively planning for the following weekend, Saturday August 24th.
If fire camp is still set up next week we will likely cancel the Playday for this month.

Update for the Playday this Saturday, July 13th.
Due to high temperatures in the forecast we will start at 8am and will be forgoing poles and instead doing, Barrels, keyhole, birangle and the scurry race for the sake of moving through the events quicker.

2020 COVID-19 UPDATE

Thank you to our loyal fans and followers. We made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 La Pine Rodeo due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

We would like to thank all of our sponsors and donors that help to keep the rodeo gates open so that we can plan for a better 2021 rodeo! If you would like to support our rodeo, please do so by sharing our posts, attending open rides and play days, or donating to the fundraising opportunities that we post. Every little bit helps.
