A few weeks ago I stopped purchasing store brought juice because my family and I really enjoyed the purity and taste of Freshly Pressed Juices.
This is not always easy as it is time consuming to accomplish.
Well, yesterday, I was “THIRSTY” and wanted something quick to drink. I pulled a less than half bottle of 100% Apple Juice left in the back of my refrigerator to only realize it was not 100% and it was
SHIPPED and/or PROCESSED all the way from Ukraine.
Baby! Are you telling me there are no Apple Farmers in the U.S.A?
Are you telling me there are no juice processing plants in America?
Are you telling me that we got to go all the way to Ukraine for Juice?
Zoom into the black writing on the bottle? This drink came a long way before being placed on our grocery store shelves and definitely is filled with preservatives to extend the shelf life.

Jamaican Curried Chicken
* 2 Pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs (or substitute: 2 pounds of shrimp shell/tail off or 16 oz chickpeas)
* ¼ cup olive oil (extra virgin)
* 2 tablespoons curry powder (Jamaican Blue Mountain preferred)
* 1 tablespoon seasoned salt * 1 tablespoon black pepper * 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 2 sprigs of thyme
* 1 large yellow onion (chopped)
* ½ of a Scotch Bonnet pepper or habanero pepper (remove seeds)
* 2 white potatoes (diced in medium size cubes) Stewed Cabbage
* 1 Head of Cabbage
* Bag of Shredded Carrots Compliment
* 2 Cups of Jasmine Rice
