A good tablescape sets the tone for the evening. I loved all of the personal touches Brooke and her mom put together for their big day! *BEE* creative when you're designing your tables, these little honey jars at each place setting were the perfect way to add a buzz to the dinner conversation. 🐝🍯

Flashback Friday y'all! Today we say congrats to Taylor & Michael on one big, exciting wedding day at Southern Grace Weddings & Events! It was a day filled with a whole lotta smiles and anticipation, and it ended with one big party that was electric! DeepBlu DJ Jimmy Harris was their emcee and he had this to say:

"I have been extremely blessed to be able to DJ weddings for some of the most awesome humans ever just like Taylor & Michael! Taylor was definitely the show-stopper of the day. She looked absolutely beautiful, and she held an inner glow that just exploded out to everyone else. Michael and Taylor have a connection with each other that is undeniable, and they have some of the nicest and most fun friends you could ever have!

One thing that really helped make the night extra special is the fact that we had so many out-of-towners there who were ready and willing to celebrate as hard as they could and it just made the dance floor light up like a fire! Too many stellar moments to name, like their basketball-style bridal party intro, but one that I really loved was the good ol' "Bamrick Family Tradition" of singing "Friends In Low Places" in a circle together. This moment was indicative of the spirit of the whole night: togetherness, laughter, joy and celebration.

I wanna thank Taylor and Michael for letting me be a part of their big day. I had an awesome time!"

We can't close out our day today without sending love and congrats to Emily & Peter! These two tied the knot at the Botanic Gardens & we had music running all over the place - and that's just the way Emily & Peter wanted it :)

DeepBlu DJ Jimmy Harris ran the show under the guidance of Mila Montecillo, a respected a highly qualified person who was perfect for that job. She kept everything running tip-top!

Jimmy had this to say about his experience:

"Emily & Peter are two of the nicest and easiest to work with people ever! Emily was beautiful as usual and Peter looked like a million bucks! They gave me clear instructions to keep it lively and fun all night long and we did just that. Usually the bride takes the spotlight but Peter made sure to share it with Emily and he definitely shines right along with her! I had SO much fun with them and I think everyone else did too. Lots of sweaty faces tell me a good time was being had for sure"

Happy Monday everybody!

Please join us in congratulating Maddie & Sam on their big wedding day back in April at Orion Hill Weddings & Events! Maddie & Sam definitely took advantage of the lovely April Memphis weather and had their entire ceremony and reception outside on OH's back patio and the night was splendid! DeepBlu DJ John Wood entertained our new friends and all of their guests for one spectacular evening! John had this to say:

"Maddie and Sam had their wedding and reception outside under the stars and it was a perfect night for a great party. Their coordinator, Madison, made everyone feel at ease and made the whole night go without any issues. With two vocalists playing their guitars for the prelude, it made the wedding so unique. Their anniversary dance didn't disappoint at all with the final couple dancing being together for 43 years! Maddie and Sam had a great time and never left the dance floor. One of the photographers was even shooting 16mm film to capture all the special moments. The late night snacks kept everyone going until it came time to depart with a bubble exit that everyone enjoyed"

Check out theses two! Ladies and gentlemen, meet Mr. & Mrs. Graham and Olivia Hooten! Two folks who obviously have excellent taste because they assembled some of the best wedding pro around to make this day historic!

DeepBlu DJ Jonathan Simpson said it all:

"Olivia & Graham's wedding day celebration began with perfect weather on the back patio at Orion Hill. Olivia looked stunning in her gown and was stunning everyone as she walked down the aisle. The minister delivered a touching message about how the couple met and how their greatest love is for the Lord and sharing the gospel with young people. 🙏

Guests then enjoyed cocktail time at the front of the house, complete with a charming food truck, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and refreshing beverages, all while classy music played on the porch. 🎶

Afterward, everyone was welcomed into the beautifully decorated ballroom at Orion Hill for their reception. From there, it was a night filled with dancing, laughter, and endless fun!" 💃🕺😊

Hey everyone! 🌟 Let's give a huge DeepBlu shout out to the newlyweds, Alex & Matt Pate! 🎉 These two lovebirds tied the knot at the enchanting Orion Hill Weddings & Events back in April, and it was absolutely spectacular.

DeepBlu DJ John Wood captured the magic of the night perfectly:

"Alex and Matt's wedding was a celebration in every sense of the word. The pastor shared their heartwarming story of meeting, working, and eventually getting married in the same room of their church, showing just how meant for each other they are. The couple held communion for everyone, adding a deeply special touch to the event. The love for Alex and Matt was palpable, reflected in the joyous faces all around. The weather was perfect for their outdoor ceremony, and while it was a bit warm, it couldn't hold a candle to how hot the dance floor got at the reception! The floor was packed all night long. At one point, the bride was having so much fun she was seen skipping through the crowd. Kudos to the coordinator, Natalie, who ensured everything ran smoothly and everyone, including the DJ, was well taken care of. It was a night to remember for everyone!"
