Crispy Caramel Pecan Baklava Cups

Indulge in these crispy, nutty, and caramel-drenched delights! Our Caramel Pecan Baklava Cups are a perfect blend of textures and flavors, sure to impress everyone.

Ingredients:

1 package phyllo dough
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:

Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Prepare Phyllo Cups: Cut phyllo dough into squares, layer 4-5 squares per muffin cup, brushing each with melted butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Make Caramel Pecan Filling: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and corn syrup. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add chopped pecans and vanilla, simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Assemble Baklava Cups: Spoon the pecan caramel mixture into the phyllo cups. Cool slightly before serving.
