We offer a variety of packages and vouchers so you can also purchase a gift for a friend. Nourishing families is a service that provides home cooked food for women and their families after birth. We provide meals for your whole family, taking away the stress of cooking an evening meal in those early days. There are packages and menus which you can choose from to suit your families' needs. shing Families we believe that this period of time is incredibly important in how we look after ourselves. It provides the foundations for a mothers health after the journey of birth. With the challenges ahead, she needs all the nourishment she can get. And when mother is being supported, so must be the rest of the family, so that everyone adjusts and enjoys the new arrival.

What a lovely weekend Catering for and her pilates retreat. Kathryn's last retreat was the final one I cooked for before and the first independent one I've done 2 yrs later. Good to be back in the kitchen, seeing different places and having quiet moments looking out of sweet windows like this.

It's been over a year since I posted on here and it's been wonderful. Nothing to explain but just a good break. Now I'm feeling to dabble back in, for the purpose of sharing life's joys, insight and community. My life has changed quite a bit in my time off and I am now re- training to become a Therapeutic and well being practitioner for children and young people. I am loving it so far and am excited to see where it takes me, hoping to combine it with my knowledge of food and movement. So food will always be here, with me but other bits will be included too.
