Utöver stagehands som bygger och river produktioner och scener har vi även en eventsjukvårdsavdelning med sjuksköterskor i hela landet, följespotoperatörer och runners.

Stagehands får bättre villkor genom Musikerförbundets kollektivavtal! 🙌

Musikerförbundet har efter förhandlingar med Stagefright AB (stagehandsbolag vid Melodifestivalen 2024) enats om nya villkor för stagehandspersonalen. I uppgörelsen finns regler om lön, ob-tillägg, minst antal timmar per arbetspass, reseersättning, försäkringar, tjänstepension mm.

- Vi har haft bra diskussioner med en ansvarstagande motpart och hittat fram till en hel del bra lösningar på sådant som tidigare har varit helt oreglerat, säger Mattias Qvarsell, avtalssekreterare på Musikerförbundet.
