We can't wait to see you at Vena Cava for a Fire Spin Jam on Fireday! Come tomorrow @ 8:30 PM 🎉🎶🔥 The event starts with a fire safety meet and greet for all spinners who flow here.
🪩 Many of our friends will be at Hulaween, and we think it will be nice to host a gathering for all of our flowmies still in town for the weekend!
❤️‍🔥 All levels welcome! No experience necessary, just bring an open heart and playful spirit. Message us to lead a guided demonstration or flow workshop!

Fire & LED Props
Fuel: White Gas
Blankets, chairs, yoga mats
Bug spray
🚙 Parking: Please park cars on the LEFT SIDE of the road nearest as the Vena Cava wooden fence, without blocking our neighbors’ driveways.
🦺 Fire Safety:
Store fuel at the dipping station.
Keep containers closed when not in use.
Always have a safety when burning, ask us if you need one!
Safety blankets are always available.
Wear fire safe clothes.

Thank you for respecting that this is a family-friendly, alcohol-free space! Please do not bring any wine, beer, or liquor to share. We will prepare a new elixir each month for you to enjoy!

Boiled down to a blurb, fire spinning is movement with a lil 🔥 on top. If you have a flow practice, you have a fire spinning channel! At VC, we hope to spur on new folks to flow and fire with our jams held each month and encourage established fire spinners to meet each other and share gigs in the area. 🔥 Ignite your passion, fuel your fire, and enjoy a delicious potluck after the session.
All levels welcome: No experience necessary – just bring an open heart, playful spirit, and arrive 15 minutes early PM.
Guided workshops are always welcome. Please message me if you want to do a demonstration or flow workshop and we’ll set it up!

Join us in service to the unhoused with serving dinner to guests at GRACE Marketplace. Carpool with us or join at GRACE from 5-7pm. Afterwards, we will return to Vena Cava for some relaxing Acro Therapy and potluck goodies!

We welcome a $20 donation to attend the acro evening, the cost is FREE when you bring a potluck dish and volunteer with us!

I extend my deepest gratitude for everyone that joined the GRACE dinner service yesterday! You all were so enthusiastic and committed to serving a warm meal to those who need it most. Vena Cava strives to offer a Heartwarming ‘Welcome Home’ to everyone. 🫰

Fire dancing is obviously a practice with risk. Every performer accepts that playing with fire will have the potential for disaster. At Vena Cava, the Fire Jam always starts with a dedicated meet to ensure all participants agree to our safety protocol and understand the equipment needed to mitigate risk. There are never any guarantees, but to progress our art form and learn safely we rely on each other to hold true to safety standard. The safety is a hero, paying close attention and carefully assessing both the performer and the audience throughout the dance. Join us for our next open Fire Theater on September 20th at 8:30pm!
