Let's get lit!
We are super excited to see you all tonight for our Fire Spin Jam at 8:30pm but before the fun comes we just want to give a few reminders: Remember to park on the same side of the street, bring a taco item, your flow prop, and fuel!
Fire dancing is obviously a practice with risk. Every performer accepts that playing with fire will have the potential for disaster. At Vena Cava, the Fire Jam always starts with a dedicated meet to ensure all participants agree to our safety protocol and understand the equipment needed to mitigate risk. There are never any guarantees, but to progress our art form and learn safely we rely on each other to hold true to safety standard. The safety is a hero, paying close attention and carefully assessing both the performer and the audience throughout the dance. Join us for our next open Fire Theater on September 20th at 8:30pm!
