1:30 indirect smoked bison fatty rolled in panko and
Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks rub then glazed with
Dizzy Pig Glazed and Infused glaze.
hickory split for smoke. tator tots along for the end of the smoke and then direct to brown.
assembled with buttered toasted brioche bun, mayo, romaine lettuce, tomato, & red onion.
