Due to unforeseen storm-related issues at the catering kitchen, Judy Gurnee Catering will be unable to open for service today at the Morehead Mystical Market. If all the stars align, we’ll be open for lunch tomorrow from 11:00 til 4:00. We encourage everyone to visit the food truck outside for great lunch and dinner options. For my friends in the Mt. Sterling area, I have some absolutely fresh from the field pickling size cucumbers that suddenly need a new home! I purchased the field fresh cukes I needed for a catering job - and then succumbed to the temptation to add these pickling-sized beauties, thinking I could process them on Sunday. By the time I got home, I had ANOTHER catering job, so there is no time for pickling! Call or message if you'd like some or all and I will send you a picture if you like. They are much too nice to go to waste (product of Menifee County and literally picked this morning).
