It has begun!

It’s been such a wonderful blessing to me to have Rise Neighborhood Bakery for the past 9 years! Thank you to everyone who has ordered from me over the years. It has been an absolute joy to make your cakes, pies, all. the. muffins. and holiday treats.

But new adventures are ahead. Trellis Coffee Bar begins its Soft Launch month tomorrow morning. I hope that you’ll stop by to enjoy amazing coffee, amazing baked goods (☺️) and the amazing atmosphere that has been created.

Some days you spend hours making brioche rolls: prepping, mixing, folding, talking to it sweetly (well maybe not that last one) only to realize hours later that you forgot to add the sugar. 😞

But look at these beauties! 😍

They baked up so fluffy. Not a lot of browning (hello, minimum Maillard reaction 🤓) but they’re actually the perfect vehicle for some homemade raspberry curd.
