It's the Doomlines 9 pre party tonight at The Hive. Damn Craters have pulled out unfortunately but here are the stage times for the rest of the bands:

Doomlines 9 is this Saturday, headlined by Slomatics from Northern Ireland. It's gonna be large.

We know of a couple of tickets that are available should people want to pick one up. Otherwise, the event is sold out.

The pre-show on the Friday is free entry/not ticketed.

Unfortunately Burial Rot have dropped out of Doomlines this year as they are taking a break from shows. In their place we have Slump from the West Midlands.

And here is our final lineup addition for the Saturday of Doomlines 9: PTHUMULHU. Special guests all the way from Iceland 🇮🇸 This is their first trip to the UK and their debut album that just came out is killer.

'Pthumulhu is an Icelandic black/doom act formed in 2022, consisting of veteran members of the Icelandic metal scene. All three have performed in various black, death, or doom metal bands over the years but the urge to conjure up something even heavier and more sinister made Pthumulhu the only option.

After testing out the material at selected live shows and festivals the band approached D.G of Misþyrming to record and produce their debut album, Tungumál Svarthola. The album consists of 42 minutes of crushing and raw blackened doom metal transposing the language of black holes, the rumblings of the universe and chaotic energy made into something barely musical.'

The final lineup for Doomlines 9 with the addition of progressive DM, heavy metal, grind, thrash, stoner doom and arty sludge in the form of Plague Rider, Commoner, Berenice, Lobotomica, Kushthulhu and The Sheath respectively.

We asked 15 bands to play Doomlines this year. 1 said no, 1 we're waiting on and 14 said yes. Our best ratio yet.

To all the bands that have been in touch/sent your music/badgered us - if only there was more space on the lineup. There are plenty we'd like to include but can't.
