What’s up guys — if you’re new around here, hello it’s me, Kate (and my best boy Frank dog).
A little get to know me — I’m a dog mum (yes I have a cuckoo dog owner voice), massive animal lover, ski & snowboard frother, mountain bike punter, banter encourager & your typical ‘can’t function with out coffee or music’ kinda person. I love to shoot film in my spare time to balance out my world of digital — I’m a big fan of carrying on the tradition of family albums, full of hundreds of photos shot on disposables from the 90s. All to be jammed into a book to laugh over in 20+ years later.
I can’t wait to see all of next years shoots come to life and work alongside the people, couples & business who have booked in for 2024 — everything’s gonna be a vibe that’s for sure. There will be a few new changes happening through out the year to come including finding more work life balance, less travel for work & a wee print store from my personal collection.
To my long time OG legends & this years clients — always a big shout out to you for your continued support on my journey here.
And if you made it this far. To all the wonderful vendors in this community & industry I got to work with over the last year — wedding planners, venue managers, stylists, florists, heli pilots, videographers, musicians, chefs, caterers & and of course fellow photographers, y’all know who you are.
Thank you for making each shoot, wedding, elopement or event as epic as can be possible. Always makes my day, and a pleasure to work alongside everyone’s talents! Those who I have been lucky enough to meet on a personal level this year — thank you for making what can be a lonely industry, more fun and inclusive 🤍
I hope everyone’s ready for a well deserved break over Xmas & the new year period — look after yourselves out there and don’t stop having heaps of FUN!
