Procuramos promover a literacia em relação à doença e estimular o convívio e a socialização, essenciais para combater o isolamento e o estigma, muitas vezes associados a doenças do movimento. No primeiro episódio, o chef Vasco Coelho Santos recebe, no Estrela Michelin Euskalduna Studio, no Porto, João Massano, médico neurologista, coordenador do Centro de Investigação e Ensaios Clínicos do Centro Hospitalar Universitário de São João, e Fernando Alvim, comunicador.
