Hi Everyone! Holidays are basically here and maybe some of you are still trying to figure it out with your busy schedule. Here’s a friendly reminder Silver Platter Catering is at your service. Maybe you would like to host a lovely brunch during the Christmas holidays but you just don’t have the time to put it all together well I’m here for you. Let’s not forget about Thanksgiving it’s right here. You need some baked goods and you want them freshly baked and better than good but delicious I’m your person. Don’t have time to prepare your turkey etc. I’m here for you! Maybe not you but someone you know need the assistance Please pass this forward .

Finally finished
Strawberry shortcake cheesecake with a strawberry crunch, one layer of this cake is a strawberry cake second layer is a plain cheesecake that I baked. Whipped icing, glaze dipped strawberries vanilla cookie for presentation… P.S with all the cooking for my daughter’s Birthday dinner I just didn’t have it in me to finish preparing her cake. It was okay no one had room for dessert anyway. We will close out her Birthday weekend tomorrow with cake. that’s our tradition. mean while their out enjoying Birthday 🥳 activities😊

I used chicken thighs, I dipped them in butter milk. Seasoned with ginger, and a soul food seasoning. I use corn starch also flour. The chicken was deep fried, my vegetables 🥦 🥕🧄🫑 I sauté in pan I also added shrimp and I used soy sauce? Sesame seed, oil, and sesame seed, then I added sauce.
