Phil Spark the incredible artist behind these mammoth stunners is simply a wizard in his craft... Seeing them finished, in all their glory for the first time simply took our breath away! P D A 🥵 Lil’ smoochy smooch for your Thursday evening... When we were having our pre shoot pow wow with sweet Imogen and Connor I explained the joy we get from capturing real couples when working on shoots. Nothing compares to the tangible connection you can so evidently see between two loves. I was a bit worried they’d be nervous and suggested it’d simply be like the loveliest date they’ve ever been on but with us all lurking from behind machinery! 👀No biggie! But boy oh boy were my worries quashed... The sweethearts weren’t fussed in the least! Look at that energy! T R E A T ✨ What’s for dinner lovelies? We’ve popped a chook in the oven. Simply slicked in olive oil, sea salt with a blushing of smoked paprika, spatchcocked for quick cooking. Nestled in a tray atop some torn up olive loaf, onions and herbs. Once she’s crispy and done those bread scraps will be toasty on the outside and unctuously so**ed in chickeny goodness on the inside... Serve with a green salad and sharp lemony dressing and you’ve got the warmth of spring on a plate! Pictured...Tasty outtakes with our sweet the first of many feasts as we head into warmer weather.

S N A C K 👌🏻A simple recipe for a high return moment of pleasure... Take a wodge of nutty, salty manchego, schmear liberally with local honey... Pop carefully into your gob with a look of glee upon your face(V important step) and savor the scrumptious pairing of two heavenly treats wafting up into your nostrils. These were pretty much the exact directions I gave while we enjoyed the fruits of our day together. Sitting in the afternoon sun, enjoying each other’s company. You can’t deny the honey captures charcuterie just as beautifully as she captures her couples! A beautiful still of one our signature E Squared grazing spreads in all it’s luscious glory...

L O V E R 🖤Move along, mooove along! NOTHING to see here! Swipe for a surprise... Honestly though, our sweet truly has a way with people. You can feel every ounce of her magic in each and every image of the beautiful humans she captures, utterly beaming out of the corners and written all over their faces. What a blessing it is having not only a true gift of creativity, but the innate ability to make people feel at home in front of the lens (and simply with you) within mere minutes. Spending the afternoon with a bucket full of left overs and some sneaky Floral additions from my sweet neighbour. I really need to work on my use of interesting negative space and stop stressing so much about fullness. Practice, practice, practice hey?
