The first Charcuterie and Board Styling Class for 2025 is here!

Join us this coming March 8th , for another class to share with you the tricks and tips of styling your own personal charcuterie board, but not only that you will also see me in action doing a table grazing!
I will share to you how to lay out a whole table using only the best artisan cheeses and meats with the seasonal produce!

Twice in a week at Fenwick Seattle!
Repeat customers are the best!
It’s my 6th time setting up grazings for them and what I love about them is that everytime they want me to graze, they just say just do your thing! I trust you!
To me, those are the magic words when my creativity can play and always end up looking amazing!
Just give me a theme and I’ll work my magic 😉

Celebrating the love birds on their anniversary by the river.

This place has it all! Beautiful scenery, fresh air , complete amenities from hot shower to comfy beds and a sweet balcony right infront of the river.

They also have an amazing menu!
Farm to table concept with the freshest ingredients,I really enjoyed their passion fruit juice and ordered it bottomless 😅

What a fun experience to show them around and let them soak in into the culture 🇵🇭 , trust me I tried to trick them eating balut 😅💀 no luck, but they did tried chicken intestines!

Fallin for Apple Pie Gouda 🍎🍏🧀

It’s the perfect fall cheese! It has a warm rich goodness to it that makes you want to close your eyes and hug yourself , cozy feels 😀

I paired it with a Chablis and the chili red crackers from TJs.
It’s also great with a Granny Smith 🍏dip in caramel sauce!
