As your event team we will:
-Jointly establish your event requirements based upon your goals, objectives and budgets
-Prioritize, plan, execute and supervise event activities
-Facility research through onsite inspections to determine the top destinations and venues
-Negotiate the best rates including facility amenities, printing, talent, keynote speakers, food, beverages and more
-Build relationships locally, regionally and nationally, where necessary, to enhance project development
-Assist in determining and finalizing the agenda, guest list, potential sponsors and more
-Coordinate marketing and public relations efforts including social media
-Assistance with online registration service including credit card payments for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors
