Corona has given us all a chance to learn to slow down a little , and so - Im going to be taking a little break from posting for the next few months. 🌻

השבוע התקשרו שתי לקוחות מתעמלות ותיקות בסטודיו, כל אחת בנפרד, עם בעיה זהה.

כל כך רוצות לחזור לכושר, אבל נמצאות בשלב שבו הן לא יכולות להתחייב על שיעורים בלו"ז קבוע. אחת עובדת במשמרות, השניה עצמאית ויש לה לו"ז שמשתנה כל שבוע.
מה עושים?

ישבתי עם כל אחת מהן, והבנו שצריך לבנות תוכנית כושר אישית, מותאמת, לחיים העמוסים והמשתנים. אי אפשר להזניח את הגוף, ואפשר לעשות שינוי בצורה *מותאמת אישית*

אז מה עשינו?
נפגשנו , הבנתי מה הצרכים, מה היכולת מבחינת זמן, מה הכוחות . בנינו *יחד* תוכנית מותאמת, עם מחשבה על החיים הפרטיים- מתי יש לה זמן, מתי היא עייפה, ומתי היא יכולה להתאמן, האם היא רוצה אימון אישי או רק הכוונה כללית.
יצא לנו דף מהמם, נוח והכי חשוב- מתאים אישית!

אם גם לך קשה לחזור לכושר, והחיים עמוסים, משתנים ודינמיים. תתקשרי :) נמצא מה יכול לעזור לך

Our Story

As your DJ, I come to your event with the perfect personalized playlist just for you - but my job is so much more than that. It is my job to “read the room” and make sure the music is a vehicle to keep the energy of your event just as it should be. That means connecting with the crowd, understanding needs as they come up, sometimes leading the dancing as well as playing the right music. I do my best to lower any stress surrounding the party so you can relax and have a great time!

I have a BA in dance and education and an MA in dance therapy. My love of dance, and understanding how the right mix of music and movement can change how we feel is a part of everything I do at every event.

Music is a powerful tool and I am so grateful that I know how to use it and how to get people engaged while having a ton of fun.
