Our belief is that the pub (which is great craic) should not be the only option. Events include open air cinema, open air yoga, gigs, festivals, conferences and everything in between. There was a communication issue our funders, and we now cannot have a ticket price, but can take donations at the event.

People who bought tickets will be refunded and can donate on the day with card, Revolut or cash. 😉

🎼 Sensory Sounds - Music for our Neurodivergent Family

🎤 PERFORMERS: Mary Barnecutt & Aisling Ennis
⏰ Time on stage: 3.15pm

For this performance, Mary & Aisling are developing their mutual joy in joint improvisations around big melodic ideas, some of their own, some traditional Irish tunes and some from their collective backgrounds in many different genres of music.

This performance is focussed on making sounds that make patterns, are calming and induce reflection.

Through Mary's own experience of living with a neurodivergent family member, she knows they importance of sounds that induce regularity, calmness and softness, with a hint of mischief and fun.

In their performance, there will be a nod to a love of animals and very strong connection to nature.

In aid of Neurodiversity Ireland

🐶 Sensory Sounds: Special Visitors

We are so excited to welcome some of these beautiful Irish wolfhounds from The Wolfhound Experience for our Sensory Sounds fundraiser next Saturday.

These wolfhounds are super chilled and great therapy dogs... so make sure you say hello if you're going to join is Liberty Park next Saturday afternoon.

A huge thanks Rónán and Myles, whose performance at Sounds of Solstice last summer, completely inspired this event and they were both eager to make it come to life.

Their sound is the perfect blend of traditional Irish and contemporary ambient music with a deep droning heart. This sound will fill the park with sensory sensations for all in attendance.

Rónán and Myles have been playing numerous shows at home and abroad, showcasing their unique sound to an ever-growing fan-base. Their sound is made for many audiences ears, but we feel they have the perfect frequency for our neurodivergent family.

This event is open to all in the neurodivergent community, those who support and all music lovers.

We are raising funds for this great charity who are doing wonderful work for our precious children and families.

Our Sensory Sounds for the day are:
🎤 Ronan O'Snodaigh and Myles O'Reilly
🎤 Mary Barnecutt and Aisling Ennis
🎤 Mathew Nolan, Sharon Phelan and Lisa Dowdall

We will have safe spaces for anyone having regulation issues, there will be OT equipment and all sorts of activities in our Sensory Park whilst the show is on.

We will have experienced staff from Neurodiversity Ireland on hand to help all our attendees in whatever way is needed. All will be well looked after.

Bring food, drinks, blankets to picnic on, warm clothes, watch the weather and all that jazz!

This is an alcohol free event.

Our thanks to the Central Area Office and the Dublin City Arts Office in Dublin City Council for kindly funding us.
