Known for its innovation and precision, this dripper is the perfect tool for bringing out the finest flavors in your brew.

For the preliminary rounds, participants will have the chance to mix and brew using two incredible coffee beans, each with its own unique profile:

1️⃣ Bean #1 comes from the Daklak Eatan Community in Vietnam, roasted by Macallum Coffee Roastery. This Fine Robusta, processed with Red Honey, delivers vibrant notes of pineapple, black tea, and chocolate. 🍍🍫

Hey there, fabulous folks! I'm Kai Xin @happyvege831, a spirited young nurse hailing from Ipoh. A big shoutout to the amazing organizers for putting together the electrifying Kopi Turas Championship 2024, a sensational extravaganza celebrating the art of coffee pour-over brewing. I'm absolutely over the moon to be part of this captivating event and brimming with excitement to strut my stuff! Station 1, aptly dubbed "Kasi Sejuk" for its cool brewing vibes, has me positively buzzing. I'm bursting at the seams to spill the beans on my cold pour-over coffee brewing wizardry. Let me walk you through the magic behind my winning concoction: 1. Ice cubes: A cool 150g 2. Coffee grounds: A precise 19 clicks (c40) 3. Blooming: Infuse 100ml of water and let it bloom for a tantalizing 60 seconds 4. Pouring: Add a refreshing 80g of water every 45 seconds 5. Dilution: Finish with a dash of 30g of ice cubes 6. Stir it up until every last ice cube melts away, unveiling a tantalizingly frosty coffee bursting with vibrant berry flavors. A massive thank you once again for this incredible opportunity.
