founder, Anne Green Gilbert. “The BrainDance sequences through the eight fundamental movement patterns of early human development which wire the central nervous system. BrainDance connects and aligns all parts of the body, brings blood and oxygen to the brain and muscles, and helps us to center and focus.The BrainDance can be done on the floor, sitting or standing and is a faster paced version of the Bartenieff Fundamentals.
