Phelps Mill Festival A premier festival in Otter Tail County - always the 2nd full weekend in July with fine arts & craft

With around 75 artist booths, 8 food vendors, 4 main stage acts, and numerous other sights and sounds, the Phelps Mill Festival is an event that truly every family member can enjoy. Annually, the Festival welcomes between 20,000 to 25,000 visitors every year, of all ages. With our handicapped accessible grounds, free parking, and Children's Activity area, we offer something for everyone, from the young to the old.

Calling all artists! WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING FOOD ARTISANS TO OUR EVENT. Applications for this year's festival are ready to download. This is a juried art and craft event. The dates are July 12th and 13th in the beautiful Phelps Mill County Park. The Phelps Mill Festival is in its 41st year and is one of the largest Art Festivals in the Otter Tail Lakes area. WE HAVE A PROGRAM FOR NEW AND EMERGING ARTISTS! We are offering free booth space, use of a canopy and paid insurance for our event for 3 fine artists and 3 fine crafters. You must certify that you have never displayed at a juried art and craft event in the past and you will have enough product to sell for two days. Calling all artists! Applications for this year's festival are ready to download. This is a juried art and craft event. The dates are July 12th and 13th in the beautiful Phelps Mill County Park. IF YOU ATTENDED THIS YEAR'S EVENT, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO FILL OUT THIS SURVEY: https://forms.gle/zUSeqGk8NeShfcg2A We want to thank everyone who attended, volunteered, all of the artists, food vendors, beer vendors, our board members and sponsors. I know I forgot someone! Even though there was a heat advisory on Saturday, it was quite pleasant with a nice breeze off the river. The storm did affect a few artists, but we are thankful the weather did not hit us as hard as some of the other areas or it could have been many more. We were able to help them and get them up and running on Sunday morning. We are looking forward to a storm free 2025.

We've shared some of our artist's work for this year's event but you'll see many more on July 13th and 14th. Our artists are one of a kind. Each artist has to go through a jury process, and we only select the best! They come from all over the country, and we appreciate each and every one of them. We are excited to feature the Little Round Still, ABC Brewing, Bucks Mill Brewery and Outstate Brewing for our Beer and Wine Tasting on Saturday, July 13th from 1 to 5. We will feature a wide variety of wines in the Phelps Mill tent from Winehaven, Cedar Creek, Wollersheim, Rolling Forks, and Carlos Creek Wineries. Enjoy the tasting along with some must from local musician Darren Quam.
