Esther Oppong | Queen Esther's Cupcakes

I little bit about Esther:
Esther is a Canadian-born, Texas-raised Ghanaian with a flair for fashion and a heart for the hurting. A two-time graduate from the University of North Texas, she earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has many years of experience in Student Affairs and in supporting survivors of sexual or relational violence, trauma, harassment, and stalking. She is continually inspired by the resilience, tenacity, and determination of young women and feels privileged to provide tangible support and encouragement to those seeking healing.

When she’s not in the office or in the kitchen, Esther gives her time to various community service projects and spends weekends assembling Blessing Bags to support those in the community who are experiencing homelessness. When she has a free moment, she is absolutely packing her red polka-dot bags and darting off on an international or domestic travel adventure!

Faith is the owner of Blonde Beats Entertainment. She is located in Lewisville TX with her husband, Ryan, and her dog, Roo. She is the youngest of 7 siblings and her whole family is musical. She is currently an aunt to 30 nieces and nephews (yes, you read that right!), and she works hard to obtain the title as the “Fauntie”: Fun Auntie.

She graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2015 with her Music Degree, and she also got married the same year! Ryan and Faith met in DBU's production of Fiddler On The Roof, he was a dancer, she was a singer... and the rest is history!
