Since I had to create a new account I wanted to re-introduce myself to some of my new followers!
I’m Maddie, the owner of Honey Brie where the love for creating exquisite charcuterie experiences meets the heart of a mom's passion for food.
As a single mom, I've mastered the art of juggling—except instead of balls, it's more like a delightful mix of cheeses, meats, and the occasional fruit that escapes its platter! Yes, my kitchen has seen its fair share of 'foodie chaos,' but hey, that's where the magic happens.
Honey Brie SA began as my delicious escape from the daily grind. What started with a passion for arranging food on platters quickly turned into a full-blown affair. And let me tell you, honey, there's something oddly satisfying about creating a work of art you can eat.
Now, each board I craft isn't just a platter; it's a masterpiece, carefully curated with love, laughter, and perhaps a dash of obsession over perfect pairings (don't judge; I take my cheese seriously!).
