I’ve been wanting to check this place 4-Eva. The Industrial Cottage did not disappoint. They specialize in furniture refinishing (you provide/ or choose one of theirs…they have a lot and they refinish it for you so it’s one of a kind. You can have a completely custom piece for the price of something mass produced. It’s pretty amazing. Very cool space I enjoyed walking through.

Turns out, Chrysanthemums have inspired us for quite a while. Even though it looks like it was 3D printed for 2023. This was made in China in 1776 during the Qing Dynasty for the emperor. Made to serve chrysanthemum tea. The emperor himself inscribed a note inside the lid: “In a form of a chrysanthemum flower The knob is lighter than a chrysanthemum.
