Memories by Marken
We love each other. And we love creating videos. Together, we also operate our full-service multi-media company, Marken Media Co. With years of video experience, we're now re-embarking on a journey, wedding videography.
Marcus has been involved with video in some capacity since he was a teenager. When he was 16, his grandma gave him some money, and he bought his first video camera instead of putting it toward buying a car. He later worked at Apple Inc. and as media director at Grand Parkway Baptist Church.
Kennan grew up in Devine, TX. After graduation, she studied mass communication and journalism at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and worked as lead associate editor at Katy Magazine in the Houston area before becoming a full-time mom in 2015. She loves all things wedding, and also frequently freelance writes for Central Texas Engagements.
After doing freelance work alongside our "real jobs" for years, we decided to give it a name and make it our full-time focus. That's how Memories by Marken began.
