With cocktails aptly named "The Watchman" (with Saga Rye, Luxardo maraschino, Chamomile citrus bitters, absinthe rinse with a cinnamon "smoke show") and the "Timepiece" (with Plymouth gin, creme de cassis, fresh lemon, sparkling wine, pansy garnish), everyone had a fabulous 'time' 🕰️😜... ;) ⁣
