A lady went to the Pastor and said🙍🏾 ... "I won’t be attending Church anymore."
He said, "May I ask why??"
She said, "I see people on their cell phones during the service, some are gossiping, some just ain’t living right, they are all just hypocrites."
The Pastor got silent and he said, "Ok... But can I ask you to do something for me before you make your final decision?"
She said, "What’s that?"
He said, "Take a glass of water and walk around the Church 2 times and don’t let any water fall out the glass."
She said, "Yes I can do that."
She came back and said "It’s done."
He asked her 3 questions:
1. Did you see anybody on their phone?
2. Did you see anybody gossiping?
3. Was anybody living wrong?
She said, "I didn’t see anything because I was so focused on this glass, so the water wouldn’t fall."
He told her, "When you come to Church, you should be just that focused on God , so that you don’t fall.That’s why Jesus said 'Follow me.' He did not say follow Christians. Don’t let your relationship with God be determined by how others relate with God. Let it be determined by how focused YOU are on God."

* You have a Purpose to fulfill
* You have a calling to answer
* You have a people to serve
* You have a Life to account for
* You have a seed in you to nourish
* Don't waste your life and days focusing on your distraction.

Are you a Choirester, an usher, an instrumentalists, a minister, what's your position in the church?

How do you render your service to him, are you consistent in your duty post or you are a one day in and one day out?
Can someone boldly point to a particular place in a church & say, that is where brother A or sister B usually sit /stay?
Do you use lack of transport fair, school, work, as an excuse of not going to render service for him? Remember your legs were meant for the purpose when there'll be no TP that you might make use of it.

What about School and work, remember there was a time in your life you had asked God to bless you with a job or admission, so what happen that you no longer have time for his services?
I remember a brother in our choir who once said to a member who started backsliding from rehearsal because of his new job. He told him if its the job he is now doing that is not giving him time to serve God again. That we'll pray God to take the job from him so he can continue to serve God like before, what a pity!

So my brothers and sisters remember he that giveth can also taketh.

Let nothing, I mean nothing in this world separate you from the love of God.
He is the REWARDER of them that SEEK Him DELIGENTLY.

So make sure that your place or position in his vineyard is not EMPTY.
So that in your time of trouble like Hezekiah you can boldly say " Lord remember how have been Faithfully BUSY for YOU".

Know that at the end there is always " A FINAL THANK YOU".
